The terms governing your use of our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline service to any dog for health, safety, or behavioral reasons. Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time.
3. Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. Repeated cancellations may result in requiring prepayment for future bookings.
4. Vaccinations
All dogs must be current on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. Proof of vaccination must be provided. We reserve the right to refuse service to unvaccinated dogs.
5. Health & Safety
You must inform us of any health conditions, behavioral issues, or special needs your dog may have. We are not liable for issues arising from undisclosed conditions. While we take every precaution, grooming carries inherent risks. We will contact you immediately if any concerns arise during grooming.
6. Matting
If your dog's coat is severely matted, shaving may be necessary for their comfort and safety. We will discuss options with you before proceeding. Additional fees may apply for dematting services.
7. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless a deposit was required at booking. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations.
8. Pickup
Please pick up your dog within 30 minutes of being notified they are ready. A late pickup fee may apply for delays beyond 30 minutes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Grooms by Rob is not liable for pre-existing conditions, stress-related incidents, or issues arising from information not disclosed by the owner. Our liability is limited to the cost of the grooming service.
